Bitter rivalries and twisted schemes threaten to tear the City of Five Sails asunder. Each hero faces a choice: Seek blood for blood, or restore the City to order? Each villain must decide: seek alliances and consolidate their winnings, or rub salt in the wounds of their foes to prove their dominance.

This 149 card expansion for 7th Sea: City of Five Sails introduces new characters, schemes and other cards themed around academic and mercantile order, or dangerous new heights of violence. This box also contains City Under Siege, a solo play expansion for you to explore and enjoy between harrowing duels and sneaky stratagems.
